After a recent worship service, one of our dear Salem members said to me, “I just had this powerful feeling during worship, like I was overtaken and compelled to act.” I replied, “Well, that was the Holy Spirit at work in you.”  And they were amazed, pleased and excited. It was a Pentecost moment, a Holy Spirit moment, a moment of God’s power at work.

This year the festival of the Holy Spirit falls on May 27th and its season of Pentecost continues for many weeks taking us through the summer.
